Instructions extremely vague.
Visibility is terrible.
Does not properly show string setup.
First it shows one string then two.
From the very beginning concave washer not supplied.
Foot hold bracket can not use screws provided you have to remove plates to attach foot hold.
Page 7 shows a series of pulleys which appears not to even be for this crossbow.
Someone will be seriously injured attempting to follow these instructions and it's not going to be me and I hope it will not be someone else.
My suggestion to you would be try assembling a unit with your XB-21 instructions and then rewrite to match.
