Joyce, I contacted your company after I received and Email S & J, stating a part I searched for online was available, it also included a reference number and a link to your site, of which did not work. Numerous times I called your company and got nowhere. The Email I got stated your company was open at 7am, when I got a lady on the phone she said customer service was not open until 8am. She also told me to call back then and to contact Scott at extension 213. I called Scotts extension at least 9 times over the last three days and left voicemails. I called again, waited for a person to answer the line without using the extension number, asked for customer service, and low and behold, I got Scott. He asked what I wanted, I went over the request again, he said "what part are you looking for?"...when I told him, without a word he forwarded me to his voicemail, AGAIN. Ok, I haven't lost a dime here thus far, but my time has been wasted. I have read all of these complaints and from what I see there definately is a customer service issue with your company. Rhetoric is only rhetoric when denial is at play, my name is Chris, I wanted a power seat switch for my Pontiac Bonneville, I am sure Scott can remember who I am...of course that is if he does in fact listen to his voicemails. I think I will pay the higher price through GM, rather than take the beatings these people have. I only wish I read this site earlier, I only ran accross it trying to find a way to write your owner to file this complaint.

Joyce, I would assume that there is a problem considering Natalia and Sergey seemed to have a lot of information concerning their attempts to get their product. Hey, we all know that things happen. That is understood and expected once in a while. What is hoped for is that these problems are so rare that a company or employee would personally do what it takes to make sure the problem is fixed as soon as possible. It is a shame that a person needs to reach the point of contacting a consumer complaint website before someone takes a personal interest. Somtimes all it takes is a post-it with the information stuck on their monitor to remind them to check up on someone's complaint periodically and check with the customer. Someone should have known enough about this problem from one of the voice mails. Thanks,
Joyce

Based on the information given in the complaint I cannot affirm who this customer is on our books. If they will call us and ask for me I will get to the bottom of the problem, if there is one.
