This is the ripoff report about the crapiest company in the USA, with the WORST customer service I have ever got.

I ordered a headlight from S & J Used Auto Parts like 2 months ago and I am still waiting. I really need to fix my car but those people don't even care about that all they care about is how to lie, cheat, and rip you off. I paid over $100 for a part and called them about that part like 2 weeks after I ordered it and all they did was lie, cheat, and RIPPED ME OFF.

So when I placed the order with them they took my money and told me that the part was in stock and ordered, but I trusted them and didn't even asked them for a tracking number, what a mistake I have made. Well anyway, I was waiting for a headlight like about 2 to 3 weeks and then I finally decided to give them a call to ask if it was shipped or not. So when I called them they said "hold on" and all the sudden I was tranfered to a tracking department voice mail box, so I left a message and asked them to call me back ASAP. Then half of the day passes there was NO call back, so I decided to call them again, on that first day I called them like 4 times and all they did was tranfering me to a voice mail box, so all I could do was to leave a voice mail, so I did, like 3 times.

Second day with NO call back I decided to call them again, Because I needed to fix my car. I called them again and the same thing happend like the fist day, they ignored me, lied to me, cheated me, and ripped me off. Finnaly I reached the person who was in charge of the tracking department and he told me as soon as he find information about the headlight he will call me back. AND GUESS WHAT? IT WAS A LIE!!!

Next day I called again to find out about my order if it has been shipped or not, and the same thing happend again, VOICE MAIL BOX! So again I left them few voice messages asking them to call me back, and GUESS WHAT? NO CALLS NO NOTHING EXEPT VOICE MAIL BOX! Then I called them again, same old story, and asked the greeter not to transfer me to a tracking deppartment voice mail box, and she said "HOLD ON" and the next Thing I hear was "PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE", so I left it again, and again, and again...

Like after a week I finally reached alive person in the tracking department, instead of voice mail box. So I asked him again about my order, and he said "ONE SECOND PLEASE" but it didn't take a second, instead it took about 10 minutes. Then after 10 minutes he said "I just shipped out your order" (after a month, NOT BAD!) So I said to him "Ok, if the orger is not going to come in a week or two" and he said "Ok call and tell me" (SOUNDED LIKE HE DIDN'T CARE AT ALL)

After two weeks which is today, I heard thier favorite phrase "HOLD ON" and a voice mail box. So I left them a message again. After like half of the day I was surpriced, I GOT A CALL FROM THEM!!!!! YEAH :) FINALLY :)!!! But they said that they don't know what happend to the order. (The order was lost) :(

NO PART, NO MONEY, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND STILL NOT FIXED CAR!!!

Thats all I got from them!!!

NOW HUGE RECCAMENDATION!

NEVER USE S & J Used Auto Parts FOR YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE ALL THEY DO IS LIE, CHEAT, AND RIP YOU OFF!!!

PLEASE ANYONE STOP THEM FROM LIEING, CHEATING, AND RIPPING OFF PLEAPLE!!!!!!!

Joyce, I contacted your company after I received and Email S & J, stating a part I searched for online was available, it also included a reference number and a link to your site, of which did not work. Numerous times I called your company and got nowhere. The Email I got stated your company was open at 7am, when I got a lady on the phone she said customer service was not open until 8am. She also told me to call back then and to contact Scott at extension 213. I called Scotts extension at least 9 times over the last three days and left voicemails. I called again, waited for a person to answer the line without using the extension number, asked for customer service, and low and behold, I got Scott. He asked what I wanted, I went over the request again, he said "what part are you looking for?"...when I told him, without a word he forwarded me to his voicemail, AGAIN. Ok, I haven't lost a dime here thus far, but my time has been wasted. I have read all of these complaints and from what I see there definately is a customer service issue with your company. Rhetoric is only rhetoric when denial is at play, my name is Chris, I wanted a power seat switch for my Pontiac Bonneville, I am sure Scott can remember who I am...of course that is if he does in fact listen to his voicemails. I think I will pay the higher price through GM, rather than take the beatings these people have. I only wish I read this site earlier, I only ran accross it trying to find a way to write your owner to file this complaint.

Joyce, I would assume that there is a problem considering Natalia and Sergey seemed to have a lot of information concerning their attempts to get their product. Hey, we all know that things happen. That is understood and expected once in a while. What is hoped for is that these problems are so rare that a company or employee would personally do what it takes to make sure the problem is fixed as soon as possible. It is a shame that a person needs to reach the point of contacting a consumer complaint website before someone takes a personal interest. Somtimes all it takes is a post-it with the information stuck on their monitor to remind them to check up on someone's complaint periodically and check with the customer. Someone should have known enough about this problem from one of the voice mails. Thanks,

Based on the information given in the complaint I cannot affirm who this customer is on our books. If they will call us and ask for me I will get to the bottom of the problem, if there is one.
