I was planning to buy a new printer for my home office. So when I was walking through downtown, I walked pass a computing shop and decided to check the printers there. When I got in the shop there was only a few customers and I was quite happy of that fact because I will surely be accommodated in no time. How wrong was I with that. Not only that it took a full five minutes before someone noticed me, the sales rep had been very naughty and gave me no information on the printers that I asked about, she even have the nerve to tell me that all the information I needed was in the manual if I am going to buy the printer. I walked out of the Safe National Store vowing that many will learn and know about their poor, no menial customer service!
