After I cancelled my contract with Safe Security they told me I would receive a mailed cancellation form, well still waiting. This is what I have been saying about their customer service which is non-existent, never was! I am tired of calling and waiting on hold for all most an hour for some one who does not know. Please find a better security company, you may need to have a good one. My dealings with the Better Business Bureau is an up hill battle, but they have my complaint, now every please join me!

Here is the site: http://goldengate.app.bbb.org If I am not allowed to send this website in this update it is the Better Business Bureau in the San Francisco Bay Area, Oakland, California. I currently have a compalint open about Safe Security and they admit to nothing wrong. Maybe if enough of us start complaining some thing will get done. Oh, paid the $313.83 to get them off my back. I got tired of the daily phone calls and leaving messages about no alarm monitoring and how dangerous it could be on older people like wife and I. So please all of you get a chance to complain do it, this is the only way to drive these people out of business or into some kind of compliance.

I just received a letter, dated 11/25/08 from Safe Security stating I owe $313.83 dollars to cancel my service. I called Safe Security on 11/24/08 after I received a bill for next quarter, I was told I had to pay through August 2009 before I could cancel. This is after I was told on 10/07/08 my owed nothing because I cancelled before my the next quater started. What was nice about the letter they included a copy of my original aggreement which stated it was no longer in effect as 1999. No where did it state Safe Security could just change as they wished after 1999. Is this a rip off or what?
