Salvatore Spinelli Discourteous Melville New York
On or about September 5, 2003, I received a telephone call from Ms. Fonda Clark and lead attorney Mr. Kenneth Clark of the Salvatore Spinelli law firm pertaining to an outstanding payment that I had owed to Telecheck. Mr. Copeland had threatened to file a lawsuit against me if I did not pay the amount that was due in order to resolve the matter. He was very unprofessional and he slammed the receiver on me after I tried to talk to him.
I was so intimidated that I spoke to Ms. Clark, the assistant attorney, and I made arrangements to send the money to their firm via Western Union in order to avoid legal action. I sent a payment for the full amount of $449.46 on September 26, 2003 and Salvatore Spinelli has not cleared my file with Telecheck. I called Telecheck several times and I also sent them a fax pertaining to a payment that I had sent to Salvatore Spinelli.
The payment was posted to my chacking account on September 29, 2003 and Telecheck Services has not received the paperwork from the Collection Agency, Salvatore Spinelli yet. Salvatore Spinelli law firm really needs to be investigated.
