ON TUESDAY JULY 11TH I CONTACTED KRISTY OF SAM HOUSTON ROTTWEILERS ABOUT PURCHASING SOME ADULT FEMALES WE CAME TO A AGREEMENT OF $3000 FOR 2 FEMALES HEADA AND YETTA ON THURSDAY JULY 13TH I WENT DOWN TO PICK UP THE 2 FEMALES.. I GAVE KRISTY A TOTAL OF $2500 CASH THAT AND WE AGREED ILL PAY THE OTHER $500 OVER TO MONTHS NO PROBLEM.. ON TUESDAY AUG 8TH SHE TEXTS ME SAYING SHE NEEDS THE LAST 750 FOR YETTA IN 2 DAYS.. THOUGHT SHE WAS JUST CONFUSED CAUSE WE AGREED TO $500 NOT $750 SO ON TUESDAY AUG 22 I SENT HER THE $500 VIA PAYPAL ASSUMING ITS THE FINAL PAYMENT FOR YETTA WE'LL THEN SHE TEXTS ME SAYING IT SENT HER $485 CAUSE IT SENT IT AS PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES WHICH IT WAS AND THAT I OWED HER THE $15 WOW! ON MONDAY SEPT 25 SHE TEXT ME SAYING SHE NEED $265 PAYMENT THAT I OWE ON YETTA FOR SALES TAX WHICH FOR ONE IM TAX EXEMPT IN TEXAS 2ND IM NOT A TEXAS RESIDENTS SO IM NOT REQURIED TO PAY TAX 3RD SO SAY I OWE THE MONEY FOR TAXES BUT SAYS SHE NEEDS IT FOR REPAIRS.. She has agreed now that i dont owe taxs but still owe her a $142 for what im not sure and she havent said yet and WELL I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY PAPER WORK AND KRISTY WILL NOT ANSWER MY CALLS OR RESPOND TO MY TEXT BEWARE!

This customer was sold 3 adult female Rottweilers. All of them were sold on a Sales Contract. Texas State Licensed Breeders are required by the Texas Department of Licencing and Regulations to charge Sales Tax on all puppy sales. This was clearly stated on the contract & if he were not in agreement he could have taken his business elsewhere. In addition to giving him over $500 discounts on each dog, I was also kind enough to do a payment plan. He defaulted on his final August payment, after giving multiple excuses. He was broke from the hurricane, etc . Thousands were affected by the hurricane but we all still have our bills to pay. The newest thing is he's now suddenly claiming he is Tax Exempt, yet is unwilling to show his Tax form to me. This could be resolved simply if he's provide this info, I'd remove the tax and he could pay the small remaining balance. He also claims I didn't have one of the females registration papers, when in fact I showed him her papers when he was making the 1st payment on her. He will receive her papers once I get the $265 balance he owes me. There are no added costs or hidden fees. He simply owes a small balance and the sales tax. We have been texting back and forth for months. HE has been in constant contact with us.
