Sam Usman is the biggest ripoff slum lord. East Lansing, Michigan
On July 8 2002 I went to a rental service an paid 55.00 to get listing of rental houses in the Lansing Area. Mr. Sam Unman had 5 houses listed. The first two houses were at the rental rate of 700.00 a month plus 700.00 deposit. No utilites or appliances included. The address for these residents were, 533 S. Fairview and 530 S. Hayford. These houses are right around the corner from each other.
Both houses were boarded up with housing code violation stickers on every window. How can a man be this dishonest and offer a house that isn't even up to city codes. He is still trying to rent them even though the city shut them down. Well, needless to say his other homes at 1016 Queen, 412 Catherine were in the worst of shape. Garbage on the front porches and all around the house. The front porches were cluttered with a bunch of junk.
If you ever see this mans name you better run the other way. How can we continue to let this man stay in business. We have to stop this man from misleading people. But the key this is he doesn't do credit checks on any tenants. (ha-ha)
