I placed an online order to buy two sports shoes with value over 40 euro such that there was a big promotion to get 80%discount, I have seen the advertisement on the Facebook which linked me to the web site to select what I want and continue until placing the order, everything went well and I have revived SMS from my bank that the amount was deducted with value 319. 07 CNY although the value was in euro. The transaction was done at Friday 18 May 2018 with the text that my credit card xxxx was charged for 319.07 CNY at MAS*TREECHAN on 18/5/2018 at 20:14 Since that time I didn't receive my goods ( two sports shoes) Just yesterday I received a shipment from China, it was a sun glass because it had my address details, this shipment was from ( putian s**+ chengxiangqubeimo jixianglou 1zhuang1) with Ref no. XZA289-3352 So it seems it shipped by mistake instead of my order I need your support for this issue how to fix it Thanks
