Samantha Sowell is as dirty as they come! She is behind on her rent by over $42,000. This includes penalties, late fees, damages and hold over rent since she has refused to vacate the property for over 8 months. A forcible entry and detainer has been filed against her in the cook county court systerm. Case 2018-M1-708555. She is so dirty she avoid ed the sherrif and process server for over 60 days knowing she was going to be evicted. She constantly plays the race card with previous land lords and employers. Her mom is a bottom feeder lawyer who constantly threatens legal action against her daughter's landlords and employers. Stay as far away from this toxic person!
