So I bought a 3D tv from Samsung a year ago and it's already broke twice. Six months after I bought it the tv went black and the technician broke the screen so Samsung replaced the screen. Exactly six months after the initial repair the tv goes black again and this time left an internal crack. Good old Samsung refuses to repair the tv because of "physical damage". I nicely explained to the CS rep that the mysterious crack happened when the tv went black. He basically called me a liar and told me tough luck. It has been 2 weeks of arguing back and forth with Samsung about this defective tv and it's almost like they are laughing at me on the other end. I have done many online searches for this tv to see if it is an ongoing problem and you would be amazed at the 1000's and 1000's of complaints. Everyone who has a problem needs to contact the Better Buisness Bereau and make a complaint against them. It doesnt take much time but it will save many others the headache of purchasing a Samsung product. Im getting so tired of spending my hard earned money on products these companies don't even stand behind. I urge you to post and repost everywhere your experience with the poor customer and lack of care for loyal customers that Samsung is displaying.
