My daughter has finished the medical assistant training and she never received the associates degree credits that she was promised upon completion of her course. Then, when they sent out the diplomas she received the diploma with her name mispelled on the diploma, (however it was spelled correctly on the envelop) when they were contacted about the diploma they sent ouot a flimsy homemade looking diploma on a regular piece of paper that looked liked a child made it on the computer. I treid to call and get the traditional diploma on the thicker paper and old english writing and I was disrespected by the registrar she was aggressive and unprofessional at best. She told me tht I could not get another diploma because they have no more left and their supplies are limited because they are closing and they are not ordering anymore supplies. I was agast at the fact that my daughter has to pay over seven theousand dollars for what I see as a home made child like representation of what is supposed to be a diploma. I also believe there is something deceptive about the money they charged her for being taught by teachers who came to class high and could not function in the capacity of a educator. This school is a scam and they really duped us with false claims to get the enrollment numbers up. Something needs to be done about these kinds of practices.
