Yes, I did. With Groupon, Spreebird, and so forth, I didn't think twice about this one. However, savemore.com got us all (and gives those other deal sites a bad name)!

These guys did not ship the item I bought (B&N Gift Card), and it turns out I'm not the only one.

They are smart, they setup a phone number for customer service (no email), but it is automated and they never answer. I even left a message to which they probably listened to while laghing all the way to the bank. Actual customers really have no way of contacting them or taking the next step in reconciliation. These guys deserve more than just a bad rip off report! Someone please help us all!
