I have worked for Stonebridge Benefit Services and Fun Family Rewards for a while now and I unfortunaetly do get frequent calls where people say they either didn't sign up for Fun Family Rewards, or they specifically told the representative that offered it to them that they didn't want it. Now mind you, the customer service department for FFR is not how you originally get signed up for this program, it is JCPenny's themselves that do the initial sign up, whether it be from an online order, a catalog order, or an in store order. It doesn't sit well to know that there are reports on this website with fraud claims and such against Fun Family Rewards since I do work for them, but I am glad to help anyone who calls in claiming they did not authorize the sign up of the membership, and since I am not the one who originally signed the members up it makes me feel a little better.
