On July 27th, 2002, I ordered a tube of "kiss me mascara" from Scarlett cosmetics online, this cost me 31.00 total because there was a 6 dollar standard shipping fee. When the product did not arrive over 13 days later, I called them on August 9th telling them about the bad service,(I have the phone bills to prove it).

I explained that for a 6 dollar shipping fee, I expected it to be shipped in the standard amount of time which is 7 days. I then told them I no longer wanted the product and that I wanted a refund and not to send it. They told me that "do you understand that there are fights here for the product?" I told them I didn't care and just wanted my money back since it hadn't been sent yet.

They said that was just fine and that they would take it off of my bill since it had not even been sent out yet. Then upon hanging up, they immediately called me back to tell me that they had made a mistake, and that they had just sent it out a couple of days ago. I told them I still didn't want it and to just refund me the money, then they said that I could send the product back to them and I would be refunded but I explained I did not want to pay another 6 dollars in shipping to send that back again.

They then told me that I could have it for free and they would not ship it out to me to pacify me. Well, on the 22nd of August, it had not arrived yet and I called them back. Another woman answered the phone and said that there was no way that they would ever have said that it was free since "there were fights here over the product."

This irritated me not because I wasn't getting a free product, but because they had said that they would in the first place. I told her it was the worst service I've ever experienced, but I after I hung up, I didn't mind as much since at least they didn't charge me for it.

Then, on September 21st, when I was reviewing my credit card bill for August, it showed that on August 4th, they charged my credit card 31.00 and had never taken it off the bill at all. I called them back, but they have not returned my calls at this point. So in the end, I have been decieved and lied to, charged 31.00 for a product I never receieved.

I have all the phone records proving I called them, plus a "confirmation" email the first time I ordered the product on July 27th. I tried to email them back but every email was sent back because they could not find the email address even though I hit "reply."

BECAREFUL, they are excellent con artists, they realize that email means that you can trace all activity so they make you call them on the phone but they do not record conversations so there will be no record of their lies.
