Scentcrafters LLC aka Scentmatchers LLC does a very poor job at replicating perfume scents and does not honor their return policy - period.
The perfume I ordered was nothing like the scent I had expected - it smelled like flowery bathwater. I followed their return instructions to the letter and they claimed to not have received my return therefore they were not reimbursing what they owed me. So much for their perfume claims and return service - they made $59.99 on me and I was out $6.00 on return postage as well as the $59.99 to my credit card. Clearly a scam - hope this steers other unsuspecting consumers away from giving this company any business - it's just not worth the aggravation folks.
