Scentmatchers Ripped Off/No refund Cadillac Michigan
ALL of the negitive reports i have read so for about Scentmatchers are TRUE! They never intend to give you the fragrance you want. It's a complete scam to get your money. I have ordered Drift scent and they sent something that smelled like dog pee.Instantly sent it back fed x overnight and called everyday with no response back. Lance the big a--hole came up with 30 day from ordering return policy which could NEVER be met because they dont ship for 6 weeks. Being nice to these people dont pay off.

1. placed order october 2008, they took my money via echeck and my ONLY sample I was saving for my wedding, if I couldn't get this reproduced. They sent me crap and I sent it back and they refused to refund. They said they would redo, which I NEVER recieved. Of course.
2. I go back and forth with these cretins for 9 months, including stops along the way to the Attorney General's office, and the post office as I insured the package but the post office could not track it down.
3. I get an email that says they shipped it so what is my problem so I ask for a tracking number and then they never contact me again. I have a stack of emails between me and this rotten company. they never answer the phone.
4. I buy a replacement bottle on ebay for $250.00 as it is a retired fragrance and hard to find.
5. obviously, these guys are scum of the earth and don't care about the sentimenal value we put on our fragrances that we have loved for years and send them our last teeny bits for a sample.
I wouldn't be suprised if someone drove to Michigan, and looked for this company, there would be an empty parking lot.
