Name: Thomas Scott Sparks

High School: Miamisburg HS, Miamisburg Ohio Class of 1984

He has stolen the identity of his parents in the past and he does not keep in touch with his family.  His father was a preacher.  He does not keep in touch too much with anyone back home in OH.  Most folks found out who and what he really is.

He is approximately 5’8 inches tall, weighing approximately 200lbs, red hair cut short in a military fashion and green eyes.

He has a tattoo on the lateral aspect of his left calf, and an old surgical scar on the radial aspect of his right thumb with a palpable plate and screws beneath it.

He claimed to have been an US Air Force Pararescueman, holding the rank of Chief Master Sergeant (E-9), having entered the enlisted force in September 1985 (after voluntarily leaving the AF Academy after 1 year).

As you can see he was discharged prior to his full enlistment as an Airman 1st Class (E-3) and he of course NEVER attended the Airforce Academy. He was stationed at, and never left Peterson AFB, Colorado.

He claims he was injured on the ground in Mogadishu, Somalia Oct 1993, and for his efforts and injuries he received a Purple Heart and a Silver Star Medal. The story he has told is actually the recounting done by Tim Wilkinson. The experience he claimed to have had actually happened to Scotty Fales.

He claims he was on Takur Ghar mountain in Afghanistan in March 2002 during the battle of Roberts ridge and that he received a Bronze Star Medal for his actions that day.

He claims to have been assigned to Air Force One as a pararescueman for a period of three months prior to his recruitment by ‘Delta’.

He claims to have been stationed at, attached to, or had access to the Pentagon, Air Force One, the US Air Force Academy, Andrews AFB, Hurlburt Field, Fla, Charleston AFB SC, RAF Lakenheath UK, Kadena AB Japan, Moffett Federal Air Field , CA, Ft Bragg NC, Jackson NAS Fla, Ft Hood Texas and Langley AFB VA to name a few.

He even has said he has been a secret operative working for the US government on foreign soil. Most notably, in Northern Ireland where he hunted IRA terrorists for three years (during a time when he was active duty).

He  claims to have performed the same duties in Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan.

He has said in his career – in the line of duty – he has killed more than 300 persons.

Says he was on rescue teams at RAF Lakenheath as late as 2000.

He even claimed to have rescued a downed AF pilot (Lt Herres) at sea in the late 1980′s. Said he shot and killed a security forces military working dog on the flightline of RAF Lakenheath in 1990 or 1991. That alleged incident occured because he said his ‘spec ops’ team was stopped on the flightline there for night refeuling and there was a U2 on the flightline which he was only looking at. Security forces spotted him and ordered him to halt, he did not and the SP drew a weapon on him. He said he drew his own weapon as well and when the SP released the working dog on him he fired killed it in self-defense. He said he did not get into serious trouble over this incident because the base commander at the time was the father of the Lt Herries he rescued at sea. He identified the father of the pilot /Lakenheath base commander to be Col Herres, who later went on to become Gen Herres, CEO and Chairman of USAA.

He says he and General Herres were close friends until his death. I know his statements regarding Gen Herres to be false.

He did drive a silver Nissan pick-up truck with California tags around 2010.

He states that early in his career (prior to 1990) he was recruited by “Delta” personnel and has been working for them ever since. This is the reason he says there is no record of him in any database. The Air Force Personnel Center at Randolph AFB Texas has no record of him. The base locator at Charleston AFB where he says he is currently assigned, has no record of him as either active duty, reserve or civilian working on the base.

He has said that he  briefed the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon, and that after that time he will be permanently removed from the ‘covert’ world he has been a part of, will then be returned to all the databases he is currently not in; he will become a ‘normal person again.

In actuality none of this happened, at least to him, he takes stories of other people and relates them as his own.  He actually was kicked out of the AF after less than a full 4  years of service.  I have a copy of his discharge papers.

I contacted have Special Ops Command as well as the PJ’s and no one ever heard of him.    They got his picture and he got on their radar.  He does not like that.  Those boys are a tight knit community and do not like it when people try to pretend to be on of them.

He does have domestic violence charges in California. I have a few copies of different cases in Ohio and California.

The Graffitti charges listed above involved him painting white supremacist  symbols and racial epithets on the properties of black persons

When he ran away from S.C. to Irving Texas when the heat was on, he started the “Medocomm” Company.  It was buklklshit though, nothing but a drop box and officers who were realtors in VA.

Thomas Scott Sparks really needs a visit from someone who can explain to him the error of his ways.  If anyone needs more info I am happy to help.

I would also like to put several people who have been threatened by him in different states in touch with an attorney. Scott is in violation of dozens of civil and criminal statutes and unlike Donny Long Scott is in this country and is easily enough located.
