Scozak Auto Systems Llc Neil Marcellino PAID $30K FOR BOBCAT AND NOW THE BANK IS INVESTIGATING HIM AND HIS COMPANY BIG SCAMER HALLANDALE, Florida
i brought a bobcat for $30,000 from Neil Marcellino over a month ago,and i have had nothing but trouble keep away from this guy and save your money,now their is an on going investigation on him and his company his partner Zac doesn't even want to involved he isn't stupid to get a bad name,thank god i didn't transfer the money into his account which he wanted,but i use my credit card which i have insurance on the funds, so now they are chasing him i wish i read this site before i gave him the money,his all nice until he gets his money,if you see his name run as fast as you can,to all readers BEAWARE of him,,,i will keep you posted on the outcome.cheers

grow a brain woody.they would not have charged me $3000 shipping if it was staying in the states.
sounds like you don't have a life. don't you have something better to do with your life then to interfere in other peoples disputes .you don't know s**t woody.

I am interested more in the details of this report than the railings of a disgruntled buyer. I do understand disappointment in a purchase-gone-bad, but it occurs to me that the buyer here wants a Bobcat (Small earth moving equipment) for $30K, and delivered to Melbourne. That would be a great price! And sending that equipment from North Miami could easily be done by truck for about $400 dollars! Melbourne Florida is only 164 miles away, over land!
Oh, wait, now I see that the receiving address is Melbourne, Australia! Quite a different story. Are we certain that Scozak Auto Systems for North Miami, Florida understood that the shipping address was more than half-way around the world? Now you have a very good price, (looks to me like one very close to minimum margins) with a shipping address that is way beyond the original estimate.
I purchased a vehicle from Neil and have dealt Zach. In all dealings, I have been conciliatory, congenial, and cooperative. I have done my homework in advanced, and understood the spirit of the original agreements. Neil and Zach have always been responsive to any issues and I am happy with my result. I would like to know the whole story here. I must be missing the details of "rip-off".

hi to all reader, just to let you all know the commonwealth bank of australia has investigated this case and has refunded me all my money back,thank god i use my credit card and not transfer the funds which thats what neil marcellino wanted me to do,i have learnt alot from this site and have had other people contact me about the same man,next time i will do my home work befor buying cheers to all,now i can sit back and enjoy a cold beers cheers.
