Scozak Auto Systems LLC Neil Marcellino, Zack Grosser Totally sold me a car under false pretence. Lied about condition over and over. Refused to do anything Hallendale Florida
Bought a car from Neil through eBay sight unseen based on many conversations with Neil. My big mistake! He lied over and over about very specific questions I asked about the car. It was not even close to the condition that he portrayed it to be when it arrived (I bought it and had it shipped to NC). I contacted him within minutes of getting it and he hung up on me. I contacted the owner (Zack Grosser) and sent him (as he requested) a detailed list of problems with the car with the promise of remedy. I got nothing. He stood by the fact that Neil denied telling me any of the numerous lies he told in regard to the car. I filed complaints with the FL DMV, the BBB, and the FL dept. of consumer protection. Got no help from anyone. All I ended up with is a car that is worth half of what I paid if that because of the actual condition it was in. Neil and Zack are everything that gives used car dealers a bad name and the reason they have a bad name. I made the mistake of trusting Neil's word which turned out to be useless. BEWARE!!! He is nothing more than a liar and scam artist and so is his boss Zack because he refused to do anything to rectify the matter. I wish I had it to do over again, but I don't so maybe this will help someone down the road from being a victim of their lies and misrepresentations. By the other reports I've seen on here it looks like I wasn't alone in getting riped off by these people.

I guess due to the numerous people they screwed and the reputation they've develpoed, Scozak Auto Systems, LLC has changed their name to Florida Auto Advantage. Same Lying theives (Neil Marcellino and Zack Grosser, but new dealership name). Read the reports and check with the state of Fl DMV and the BBB under Scozak Auto Systems, LLC if you want to know how these guys operate. BEWARE!! Don't make the mistake of buying anything from them. Same people, same place. New Name... Florida Auto Advantage. Don't do it! I learned the hard way. I hope this helps someone from making a huge financial mistake by doing business with these people.

It never, ever ceases to amaze me! Yes, this place might be the biggest bunch of liars that has ever existed. However, you said it all in your opening lines, you made A BIG MISTAKE! Its not enough to avoid that store...to be buying ANY used car, SIGHT UNSEEN from ANYBODY is just plain stupid.
