Josh Stone owes me for 200+ hours, commissions and reimbursements totally over $6,500!! I was hired on June 6 as the company's Chief Operation Officer, by Josh Stone due to the severe mismanagement of all aspects of his poorly ran window company.

First, Josh Stone had me quit my current job (who was a dear friend to me who always paid me on time), promised he'd have my employment contract to me within 2 weeks. However, he's very unorganized, highly emotional and was never available to discuss my contract, conveniently.

When his right hand man, Mike V, announced he was quitting, Josh Stone told me I'd assume those responsibilities in addition to my other unsurmountable tasks, but that he would pay me the additional $12/hr this employee earned on top of my $20/hr starting rate. 

Trusting Josh Stone, I threw myself into this chaos, beginning with a deep clean of the office in order for me to be able to even work there. Because of bad debt, Josh Stone was unwilling to hire a cleaning company and left this disgusting task up to me where I contracted Pink Eye, and an upper respiratory infection rendering me without a voice for over 2 weeks. However, I continued working very long hours (80-100 hrs/ week) sorting out the unbelievable amount of issues, dealing with irate customers, implementing business solutions, hiring of new crew, updating the unattended Quickbooks, obtained the rights to the Sealritewindows.com website at no charge, collected over $35k in unpaid invoices, cleared out the 78 back logged customer accounts from March, all while putting up with unwelcomed sexually charged comments, and touching. 

Being a single working mother, (and the only female in the office of 8 men) I needed this job and tried to ignore these insults but since these overtures were coming from Josh Stone himself, along with his Field Foreman, Rory Moore I had no one to go to. I did report these incidences to Josh Stone and in a meeting with his mother, Susan Stone who was  a member of the board of directors for SealRite. Nothing was done except for reducing my agreed upon hourly rate from $32 back down to $20 per hour- my starting rate. 

Josh Stone brought me red roses to apologize for his yelling profanities at me but never reimbursed me for the expenses I incurred  due to Josh Stone's credit card being declined and the technicians needed materials so I allowed them to use my  Visa. 

Do NOT hire, contract, work for or trust this crook.

 He has made these promises to many people including me as promised ownership in the company to several people and eventually just throw them to the wayside whenever they're holding him accountable because they are good people and only want to do right by the customers they are helping unfortunately josh Stone is not a good person and again he's done this to several people do not do business or work for this guy
