BEWARE OF SELBY GROUP FLAGLER BEACH FL 32136,  I found a home for rent in 2011 and filled out rental aplication and paid fee to do so,then i was contacted that lease was ready to be signed and i did so paying first last and security deposit and was allowed to move in on the first of month,two months have passed living in rental home and recieved a letter from realtor that there was a inspection in a couple days at 11am to 1pm so I contacted realtor about said interior inspection that was a suprise to us,nothing in signed lease about this or wer we tols at time of signing lease,so day of said inspection Melanie shows up 1230pm bangs on door come in an asked is everything ok with home ?  I advised all good here, so she continues thru home opening up closet doors going in them walks thru all rooms an garage, so again question about this and because I word third shift and would be sleeping at this time an asked if this has to be  done every two months is this section 8 housing cause ther aware of said inspects and I also asked if she could be here first thing in the morning or the weekend and was told NO cause she has a family now,

six months have passed with three inspects now and no consideration from here or respect to me. My next door neighbor told me its her brother is the owner of home I told her his name and home phone were put on my lease,and I met him weeks later i had asked him if it was ok to have a puppy here Ron asked can i meet the pup and he loved her,he ststed the family has always had german shepards and gave me the ok, So a year has passed and we had a roof leak in the master bed room that leaked onto our tv that blew up and carpet soaked,so I called the so called the want a be property mananger Melanie and did leave a message,call was returned two day later she was on vacation,so she set a day time of inspection for 1pm an she showed up with her phone an took many pictures and left.  two months have passed now and another inspection she takes more pics and I stated roof is still leaking an there is a five gallon bucket there at all times cause we have had tons of rain ,now five months have passed I myself went up on roof to find en plug on roof vent was missing,so i went to lowes a bought one an installed it.At this time i called Ron the owner to advise him of said roof leak that was unaware of I did explain realtor has only taken pictures of thats it, I told him i did bill realtor for repair 50.00 he said they should pay you for that but to find Melanie said I would not be getting that,

Two and half years have passed its thankgiving a the oven was not working,I called Melanie again left a message no return call so I called Beth in there office to find Melanie was out of town,so she must of contacted her cause I recieved her call and she asked if I cound fix it I questioned her,and then i did so it was a groud that got hot an melted I replaced wiring and was good for some time than the element went,so i called office and the property owner about this and asked for a new stove that was asked over and over to never be replaced. Three years two months have passed,I contacted broker Debra and asked for a meeting with her and Melanie to find they were both out of town an set up a meeting at rental home 9 days later 5pm that I asked for that happened to be inspection day,both came in to home and Debra asked what was going on i nicely asked about the stove,she stated she would get one an ther i asked please can these inspections be done early morning or 5pm and was told they can access home anytime they feel need to, I advised not to enter when im not here or im sleeping and that there a dog here that she is aware of and was told to lock  up dog an to turn off alarm system. I again said only when im present and they both stormed out of home without any inspection at all.

Very unproffesional by them three days passed and im sleeping now around 2pm theres a loud bang,got the dog going I jumped up walked around opened up front door to find a letter taped to front door, a non renew of lease with option to renew rent was going to be raised 4 hundred per month and if not excepted to move in thirty day ? I questioned this after paying rent allways on time,this was reprisal from realtor out of spite an anger.Wife called them to find we had no lease and she asked how come it was never ofered to sign another to find the realtor did not do there job and blame us.So the wife contact them all by phone and mail asking for a final walk thru and was told we dont do that,so ther again every two months going in every room and no final ?30 days pass we contacted about deposit to find both out of town 50 day now recieved letter stating 400 taken from deposit for dog deposit that was never asked for and professional cleaned carpet , that we did clean and that is over thirty years old and painted all of interior last day there.

BEWARE OF THIS SO CALLED SELBY GROUP BEWARE OF MELANIE PROVENCHER A WANT A BE PROPERTY MANANGER N DEBRA WINGO.THEY WILL LIE TO YOU LIE AFTE LIE NOT A HONEST COMPANY JUST A HAND OUT FOR THE CHECK ALSO THERE IS NOT SUCH LICENSE IN FLORIDA PROPERTY MANANGER THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND THE BOARD OF REALTORS SHOULD HAVE SUCH LICENSE FOR JOB DESCRIPTION
