They just got sued last year when they had the name FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORPORATION. Now they are at it again after a Million dollar lawsuit fro unfair practices. I am currnetly in a seperation with my wife. Called and informed them of my status and have kept my commitments of paying the notes as I got into my 401k funds. Then I have kept them abreast of when I can pay and have been meeting my commitments. I am getting charged weekly on statements forinterest every week and they say they are advancements? Also the are trying to charge me for assesment fess on top of that every monght. Even did an appraisal on my house and are trying to bill me for that too. I have contested these charges. They keep adding up those charges every month. These reports are all over the net and with the better business Bureau.
They wont send any papers to you about renaming the comany. All of these practices appear to be unauthorized and frivilous. How can teh US government allow crooked companies to rob american of hard earned dollars? Some one has got to put an end to this type of unfair businness and protect teh consumers from these types of loan shark practices. I am loosing my home and doing all I can to try to keep my head up.
