Sempris LLC Lied to me, screwed me. Minnetonka Minnesota
I saw this company advertised on The Price is Right, through their play along at home contest. Sempris LLC advertised and told me that by enrolling in their memberships I would receive a $25 Visa Gift Card, and a $25 Walmart Gift Card. All I had to do was to enroll in two of their"savings clubs" for a trial membership of $1.95 each, so I spent $3.90 to receive flyers and ads similar to Val Pack coupons. So I cancelled before my 30 day trail membership was up. As far as receiving the Gift Cards, I was directed to a website page that did and does not exist. After several phone calls, they said "No problem, we'll send you some post cards, fill them out and return them to us and we will send you your 2 $25 Gift Cards." I complied, filled them out, photocopied them and mailed them. I didn't receive the Gift Cards. (Surprise!!) So after several phone calls and stalls, I filed a complaint with the BBB, and despite my evidence and the unresolved, outstanding complaints against Sempris LLC, they washed their hands of it, said it was resolved, which it wasn't and still isn't resolved to my satisfaction. All I want is exactly what these liars promised - my two $25 Gift Cards and a refund of my initial $3.90 credit card charge. I instructed the BBB today, June 27,2016 to forward all correspondence pertaining to this matter to the Minnesota Attorney General's Office. It is obviously a scam. Granted, $3.90 isn't much. But multiply it by 1,000, or 1000,000 or **** even a million, and it is self evident that this scam is pulling in a ton of money, and doing nothing to justify doing so. I am more than welcome to participate in a Class Action Suit. I would love to help to bring this "company" down, just so for once - the good guys win, and these scammers will be eradicated from the face of the earth so they can't screw people over with reckless abandon, and bloody hell, get away with it.
