 The company continues to take loans out for my payments begore my 31 days after payment due. I called the compsny on 3/3/2016 to asked why they sent me a bill for doublr payment plus interest. Ihave receipts proving zi made my payments. She stated that a Payment wasn't received in January. But I explsined that zi have recepits proving my insurance is current. zI s lso requested that I be tsken off of the loan provision within the policy. She then ststed that my payments wsd current snd zi only needed yo pay March. THIS compsny has done this yo me 10 times .

Taken out loans plus charging me interest before my 31 due date of my payment. I callef back on Monday 3/7/2016. Dpoke to Megsn r cpk ainef the situation again, she ststed it was nothing she could do. I adked to speak to a supervisor. She hung up the phone e hen zI csllef back the phone was busy and continued too busy. I wsd not able to contact them again. ZI have been eiyh this company for 7 years. I eould like yo cancr l my policy and get my face value of it. This company is scamming senior citizens. They need to be investigated s s soon ad possible. The scam has to end. Becaware of this company. THEY are ripping people off. I WSNT MY MONEY FROM THEM.

 

Senior LIFE Insurance Company Taking out a loan for payment of insurance before the 31 days due date. I called them because them sent me a bill for 2 months plus interest. I Called the company theyvinformed me that I didn't make a payment for January. I explained I have money order stubs to prove the payment. Iwas told thet received the payment. My payment is due on The 25th of the month. THEY are not to use the loan until 31 days after due date of payment. I asked her for a copy of my payments I received the policy instead. I Called back on MONDAY 3/7/2015 spoke to a lady who refused to give her name. I explained the same situation to het she stated there wss nothing she could do.

I am current on my payments . Don't owr another payment until March 25, 2016. She stated she could not do anything s bout it. ZI asked to speak to a supervisor . She hung up the phonr. I TRIED TO Call backseveral time to prevail. The phone continued to be busy. I was not able to reach them again. I have been with them for 7 years and this have happened several times. I am a sneior citixen on Social Security. This company is ripping people off . I would like to get my value pay off of my policy. Can you please help me. This company id a dcam. Be carr ful if you are a srnior citizen. Thomasville, GEORGIA Nationwide
