My friend show up at Marlon Garcia Offices looking for a Warehouse space for Rent, they guy show then 2 Warehouse and Pitch then really good make then think the if they don't jump in to this opportunity somebody else will Lease the Space, Garcia pitch then in all kind of ways, giving then all kind of opportunities and breaks just to make then to sing a 1 year lease or at least place a Deposit and they did, My Friend hold the Property for 30 days with a $850.00 Deposit, but a week after my friend when back to Garcia to get his Deposit back because he's not going to need the space because his business fall in parts after he lost his contract.
Marlon Garcia, toll him NO right on the spot, NO MONEY BACK PERIOD.
I'll let everybody knows The Every Man Have The Right of Change His Mind.
