A John or Joy Froster with SFI Invesgation notifed a relative of mines that they say I had put down as a reference for a payday loan I had applied for and recieved. And the relative that they contacted could be brought up against charges of fraud if they wasnt contacted back. So as soon as I had heard this information from my relative I had contacted Mr. John or Joy Froster to see what was going on. Speaking with Mr. Froster he had a accent that was very diffcultful for me to understand and I kept asking him was there anyone with his company that spoke clear fluet english and he got very irriated with me because I kept asking him to repeat his self. Then he hung up on me. So the little information that I did get was, he did veified my SSN and how much I owed and what bank account the loan had suppose to went. Which the information given to me from Mr. Froster was correct so I called my bank to see if there was any type of loan company deposit any money into my account and they informed me that there wasnt any type of funds deposit from a Cash Today Payday Loan, Which I Had already knew it wasnt. So the next day I called Mr. Froster back to get more information. First let me say that they was not professional on how they answer the phone and speak to people. So once again they got irriated and hung up on me again. So when I kept calling back they didnt answer. So when calling back from a different number they answer and this time someone picks up that speak english fluetly by the name of Alex. So I ask Alex What was the address which he gave, but dont know if it is real. And what gave it away that it was a scam which I had already knew it was, was when I ask Alex when did this loan was deposit into my account and he told me May of 2008 LIE...... I did not have a account then.... So what I did I called my State Capitol and I notified Federal Trade Comission and they took down all the information I had on SFI. So I ended up closing my account and now I am looking into what I have to do about my SSN to keep them from using my information......

PLEASE CALL FTC - 1-877-382-4257 AND REPORT THIS. I AM ALSO A VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE ALL MY PERSONAL INFO.
