SHANGHAI TAILOR - MR KANOKWAN RAI BEWARE!! CHEAP TAILOR MADE SUITS IN PHUKET. Shanghai Fashion Tailor Patong Beach, ripoff farang (white man) took $1000.00 and never sent suits Patong Beach Thailand

I visited Patong Beach 14 - 18 November 2007 and ordered 1 suit, 2 x slacks, 5 x shirts and my cousin ordered 3 x suits, 6 x slacks, 5 x shirts from Mr Rai of Shanghai Fashion House, we both paid 50% deposit (THB4,300 + THB10,000+) when we went to shop to collect the suits etc on the day prior to leaving Phuket we where shocked to see that the clothes where not finished and Mr Rai advised that he would need to ship clothes upon completion to our respective addresses. (Malaysia and Australia)

Mr Rai then rang and emailed me several times over the next couple of days requesting the balance to be TT'd to his account in Phuket, I was apprehensive pay the balance, however with the assurance from Mr Rai that the suits etc where completed and ready to ship on 21 November, i proceeded to TT the balance into his account.

Until today 30 December 2007 i am still yet to see the clothes which i ordered and have fully paid for.

This looks like a typical Farang (white man) CON and I warn anyone who visits Phuket to be aware.
