Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing ~ AKA: Resurgent Mortgage Servicing Classic mortgage scam! Trying to collect and foreclose on a mortgage nore that has already been settled! They are using extorshin tactics on a made up amount Greenville South Carolina

I obtained a house that was in foreclosure from a family friend...I satisfied the 1st position lein holder, Bank of America, NA for over 2.8 million dollars. Then about a year later, I get a bill in the mail from some small mortgage company called 'Resurgent Mortgage Servicing' for $71,000 and some change. Under the advise from my attorney, I accepted the bill for value and sent it back to them, satisfing any abligation under the UCC 3-601 and HJR 192 of 1933....
Then about 3 months later, I recieve a letter in the mail stating that 'Reurgent Mortgage Servicing' is now ' Shellpoint Mortage Servicing' and I have an unpaid balance of 2.3 million dollars with the same file numbers as the Bank of America account that I already satisfied. Now, they sent another letter telling me if I don't pay them $900,000 by next month they are going to foreclose on me and my home. This is a SCAM!!!!
These companies are a small time, 2bit extortion and racketeering outfit that needs to be shut down and the princeipals arrested for fraud charges.... If you see these companies BEWARE! For they are trying to RIP YOU OFF!! I am currently talking with federal investigators into this fraud conspiracy and hopefully will bring Shellpoint down!! Blessing to all and AVOID THESE COMPANIES!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
