Shenzhen OT Wills is a lighting manufacturer in Zhongshan China which has terrible quality, they will lie and say they have UL certification, they do not. When my last shipment came in, defective lights were over 50% and they say "somebody got inside the box". This company is full of stupid people and scumbags. Never order lighting from them as they will not deliver on time.
