Sheridan Labs Inc Equinox Face Cream FALSE ADVERTISEMENT SCAM CHARGES Starks Nevada
I ordered Equinox and RVTL face cream as a trial. It was advertised as $4.95 for shipping and handling and I would receive a trial offer. I ordered the trial online providing my debit card info for the $4.95 charge. Low and behold, I received a debit charge on my account for $99 and $93 which I DID NOT authorize. I tried calling the toll free # and the foreign call center operator refused to provide me with return info. I had just received the cream 5 days ago and he informed me that I had no recourse. I am not able to seek a refund from the company. This is truly false and deceitful advertising. I don't have the funds to pay for the cream and am afraid that now that they have my bank info, they will again charge my acct. This has got to STOP!
