I ordered a dress and received a terrible looking dress with numerous issues, i.e. wrong color, wrong size, mismatch tread color, seams that were off or over ran several times. I attempted communication several times for tailoring and was never contacted in reference to my "Tea Length” dress that was well above my knee when received and unable to even zip it the waist. Clearly the dress was not made as ordered and when I requested a refund I was instructed that I would receive a refund minus the shipping cost and when claiming the cost of the enclosed item I was to fraudulently state the value as $30.00 American Dollars less then what they had charged me for the dress.

Sorry that the dress does not fit，you can return it and get a full refund of product purchase price. The shipping cost will not be refunded. And you'll be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back.
Please note: If your dress is shipped free,the shipping cost would be taken from the refund.
Sometimes the shipping costs too much, most customers would like to try to sell the dress locally, on craiglist.com,for example.And we'll still refund you 20% of the dress price.
If you decide to return it,please check the return procedures and return it according to the instructions.

Please note that we only accept products in the original condition. Take the inside out of the dress to protect the sequins. Please download the attached Return Form, fill in the information requested, print it out and include it in the return parcel.The Authorized Return Number has been included in this form.
(2)Shipping method
Please go to your local post office and send the item(s) within 7 days upon receiving the return address.
You don't have to use expedited courier like UPS, DHL or FedEx. The normal economic Post Office service would be recommended. Please remember to email us the tracking number of the return parcel as well as the website of the shipping company.

(3)Refund -The dress would go through inspections, and we will refund you according to our Return Policy right after the inspections.
Generally it will take 20-30 days for us to receive the returned package and we will refund you after receiving it. The credit will be back to the orignial card with which you issued the payment. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
