SHOPIFY PrettyLily HOSTING FRAUDULENT COMPANY CA
With over 100 previous reports on file I wish I had checked RipOff Report BEFORE doing business with a Shopify store. I purchased through their store, PrettyLily and later discovered the business is located in China. This information was NOT known until the purchase was completed now over 1 month ago.
Pretty Lily the SHOPIFY store sent me Shipping information from an UNKNOWN Shipping Company using an UNSECURED SITE. Over a month later I contact that company via email and of course, NO REPLY!! I then looked and located the Store Host. SHOPIFY. I then accessed their site and while there are a LOT options to SIGN UP or GET HELP for SELLERS.
There are NO OPTIONS for Customers who have been SCAMMED!! Finally finding them in Facebook and speaking to them via Messnger, They gave me NO HELP and wouldn't even verify the store was one of their affiliates. This despite the FACT the store web address is CELARLY A SHOPIFY STORE. SHOPIFY does NOT care if the stores they host are legitimate or FRAUDS. Steer clear of ANY SHOPIFY STORE. BUYER BEWARE!!
