I am totally disgusted at the rebuttal from the tech at Viscom and I think someone should make his name available so that he could be reported to Viscom. I have cut and pasted his response and sent it off and I hope he gets fired. It would be useless to report him to tech support as he works for them. To all those out there that have bought the V-2 premier, I feel very sorry for you guys. I have seen Jim Peterson on TV hundreds of times and he did not persuade me. What sounds too good is usually no good at all. May I suggest that you go with Hewlett Packard next time around. You couldn't find a better company to buy from.

I HAVE READ MAY OF THESE RIP-OFFS. SO FAR I CAN SAY I AM A LUCK BUYR COMPARD TO WHAT I READ. I DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM RETURNING TWOI SYSTEMS AS THE CDROM, BUTTON NEEDED FIXING. CASUSED BY FRONT COVER. THIS UNIT HAS BEEN WORKING FINE SINCE 6/2002. AS FOR WHAT I GOT WITH UNIT IN HARDWARE, I COUILD NOT HAVED BOUGHT IT CHEAPER ELSWHERE. THE DIGITAL CAMERA and PRINTER doesn't come with units from stores. You pay to get them. Being a BETA SITE, I CHECK MANY SOFTWARE TITLES. MOST COME WITH MANUALS. NOT ALL DO NOW AS THEY ARE IN THE "HELP" FILES. YOUY NOW MUST LOOK IT UP AND PRINT OUT AFTER GETTING WHAT YOU NEED. MY ADVICE TO NEW BUYERS. 1. LOOK AT THE STORES FIRST. 2. MARK DOWN PRICES FOR EVERYTHING. 3. ASK WHAT THEY DO IF SOMETHING HAPPENS. 4. WILL YOU HAVE TO BUY A SERVICE CONTRACT? 5. WHAT SOFTWARE COMES WITH UNIT? 6. DO YOU GET A PRINTER, MONITOR and DIGITAL CAMERA? 7. DOES IT HAVE A TV TUNER, IF YOU WANT ONE, AS PART OF SYSTEM. 8. HOW ABOUT ALL CABLES and MICREPHONE, DOES UNIT COME WITH THESE? THE SHOPNBC COMES WITH EVERTHING ABOVE AND NOW ROTATING MONITOR. BUYING THIS IN STORE WILL BE COSTLY. REMEMBER NO-ONE IS PERFECT. I NEVER HEARD THEM SAY THEY WERE THAT. SOMEONE WILL GET A PRODUCT THAT CAME FROM ANOTHER VENDOR THATY CAUSES ERROR. MY ADVICE, WHEN YOU CALL TECH SUPPORT OR ANY OF THEIR DEPTS. 1. EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM. 2. LET THEM ASK QUESTIONS RELATING TO IT. 3. TELL THEM IF ANY OF IT RELATES TO YOUR PROBLEM. 4. IF NOT SUCCESSFULL, 5. THEN KINDLY ASK TO TALK TO SERVICER MANAGER, SAYING YOU WANT HIM TO KNOW PROBLEM FOR RECORED. NOW ASK HIM WHAT HE CAN DO FOR YOU BEINGSD IT IS ON RECORD AND WHAT IS SERVIUCE NUMBER GIVEN. ALWAYS KEEP THESE NUMBERS. GOOD LUCK, HOPE THIS HELPS YOU BETTER.

HEY!!! tech-usa,california-- if all your support staff have your kind of attitude, no wonder people cannot get help!! YOUR company sold us this piece of garbage and then you laugh at us!!!! eg {trailer trash} YOU must have purchased this same computer because YOU can't spell, or type a complete sentence. your keyboard must be defective as well as your entire system. thank you for calling us idiots!!!! just by the way you speak i can tell what you are. a big-fat-ugly-n$gger. oops, my keyboard just malfunctioned. have a nice vacation, i'll talk to you on jan 5th.

I say this to all of you idiots out there. ShopNBC got nothing to do with the fact the some of you "Idiots" never touch a computer before. ShopNBC is the retailer and not the MFG. of your computer. Viscom is the MFG. I deal with your kind of people daily, Idiots calling in, my printer does not work, my camera does not work, my computer is freezing up, and I cannot connect to the internet. We ask you have you installed software or hardware. You say No, to find out later on that you have installed many; this is not including M1cr0$0ft updates that download when you are connected to the internet. Stop treating your computer like it is a can of dip, and your CDROM drive as a beer can or spit cup holder. All you stupid people live in the country side that never seen a computer, most of you claim that you bought the computer to run your business on it. G*d D*mn you, 99% of you use these computer for business. What in the hell are you still doing in trailers. Move out to an apartment or something. When I get a call from you, you better be calm and nice, we are there to help resolve problem that 99% of the time you caused. And I can tell how I know that you caused it. BECAUSE YOU ARE IDIOTS AND If you do not do what I tell, I have no problem putting your a$$ on hold and joke about your ignorant A$$ with my Co-workers. Until you learn how to follow direction. When you call us do not expect us to bend over for you, on second though, we do not have to do DODO for you. Its your Stupid A$$ who caused the problem, deal with it and grow up. I bought the same system decribed in the previous letter. It is the best machine I have ever puchased. I own my own business and use the computer for this and my own personal use. There are a total of 5 different people working on this one computer with no problems what so ever. When I hooked up the computer I thought I would have to down load some programs but I have to do nothing. Everything has already been set up for me. The only problem I had was my printer got messed up. I dot know what happened and I told them this. I called them and the longest I was on hold was for 10 minutes and that was on a Friday. They sent me a whole new printer. I am past thankful for this computer and verything it comes with. They are very helpful and courtious staff. I agree some people will get a lemon product here or there. I've had a lemon car before. But this company has done everything they can to make sure I am happy with my purchase and help me with anything I need. They even have a website where you can talk to them one on one without having to be on the phone. Thank you very much SHOPNBC, Melissa G.
