Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I recieved a cashier's check for $4998 by mail along with a letter stating that this company wanted to train me and pay me to be a mystery shopper. I would get to keep $300 for my Salary and Training Pay.

I didn't call the company as the letter instructed me to do. I came to the trusty internet to research it. Am I glad that I did.

What tipped me off to research it in the first place was that on the list of tasks they wanted done with this money were a Western Union transfer of $1579 and a Moneygram transfer of $2873 sent to them.

What is really suspicious, if all of that wasn't already tripping warning bells, is the signature of the person who is the supposed Chief Assignment Co-ordinator. Daniel Haskins. It looks very faded and doesn't really appear to say Daniel Haskins in the first place. It looks like a very bad copy of a copy of a copy of a signature off a copy machine.

There is also a form for the feedback that the "mystery shopper" is supposed to fill out, and this form has very bad copier imitations of the logos for such companies as: Mc Donalds, Burger King, MoneyGram, Wal-Mart, FedEx, Gap, Western Union, UPS, Best Buy, and Old Navy. And purports to represent these companies.

Please do what I did, don't cash the check, however, keep it, in case someone wants it as evidence for stopping this from happening to people. To shut these people down.

The reports I found researching the internet have this place as another name such as Shopping Tasks or something like that. But the bank on that one is different from my check, mine is supposedly drawn on the Branson Bank in Branson, Missouri.

This could be a phishing scam also, so please, please, please don't think of cashing it and if you aren't contacted about it in the near future, destroy the check.

I hope this will help stop this.
