Shrum's Manufactured Housing LLC Larry Fitzgerald owner Need to Breach my contract due to the black mold Indianapolis, Indiana
Yes me and my husband are buying a mobile home off of Larry Fitzgerald this is not the first time with a mobile home like this has happen. it is full of black mold and we need to get out of are contract. he knew i am highly allergic too mold i had the same problem with another mobile home i had bought off this same person 3 and a half year's ago. Can we get out of are contract. we live in Indiana so i am sure someone can answer this.
