I too had the same thing happen to me. I sent my pantyhose back in Jan. 2004. In Feb. I received a notice saying my payment ws overdue ($13.00). I too was mad! The bill states, "if you have a problem let us know." Well, how do you get in-touch with the company if it doesn't have a telephone number? So I sent back my statement and wrote Ms. Baldwin at the billing center. I told her to take my name off their billing list, not to send me anymore products, & to send me a statement showing that my "bill" has been cleared. I just called the customer service line (got the number from this website) & they do show where the items have been returned & are sending me an updated statement. Thank you for the info!!!
