This comapny will do anything to gain your confidence while they are taking you for everything you got. Their selling pratices are nasty, disgusting, and the word integrity was burned at the Steak two thousand years ago.

False Statements:

1- Our company is the only company in the country that offers Bonus time to their employees.

2- Our company has an agreement with Interval where you can deposit your week from Silver Leaf Resort and it will be held for three years without you losing it.

3- As a Silver Leaf Resort Owner, you are able to use your Bonus time all year aroud as much as you want and not pay anything extra. This is a false stament. You cannot call anytime and if you need to make a reservation, it has to be two weeks prior to your arrival date. This makes vacationing almost impossible.

4- when they showed me the Company video, they turned down the volume so I missed vital information that they failed to share with me.

5- I visited their sister Resort Oak N Spruce Resorts. This is the establishment where I did my closing. I thought they were legit. I cam to find out that all complaints all filed through Silver Leaf Resorts not Oak and Spruce.

6- Numerous complaints have been made about this company. So, is it me or is something wrong.

As a person who has the inside tract on this company, My fiance, was recently fired from the branch office he worked at for being 15 seconds late coming back from lunch, due to having a surrounding school being evacuated, with helicopters flying all over the place, emergency vehicles everywhere. We were detoured thru a sub-division and I didn't get him back in time, this is how Silver-Leaf treats their employees. They are told they will get fired if they let a call go with-out badgering the crap out of them until they get a commitment. It's companies like this that put the No-Solicitation into effect. Companies like Silver Leaf Resorts and the branch managers they hire are what gives call centers a very bad no. AND NO THERE ARE NO EMPLOYEE BONUSES!!!! THAT'S CRAP AND A REAL BIG LIE!!!!!! Investigate it for yourself... I am personally turning Silver Leaf into the Labor Commission to have them investigated along with filing a report with the Better Business Bureau
