I have not forgotten you ripped me off $5900.00 Dollars. You are a scam!! You have edone nothing to fix the issue but Lie! Give me my money back. Now it's August 2013 and still ripping people off!

Second, this customers response again fails to include the details of their agreement with Simplx. Again, Simplx never charges any customers without previous authorization. This customer does not want to admit the fact that Simplx was authorized to charge this customers account for the amount which was agreed to between Simplx and this customer. We can provide documented evidence for each customer which receives a charge, and documented authorization for each charge which takes place. In return, Simplx provided the services which were agreed to and promised.
Simplx has many satisfied customers who continue to use our services daily. Many customers have been using the Simplx service for several years now. Simplx stands by each of the products it offers, and provides a money back guarantee with each, which can be viewed and downloaded by each customer before they sign up.
Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money. These people are liars. They have an old house they run this scam out . I have nothing to gain by telling you the truth. These people at Simplx are liars!! God will sort it out all in the end. If you like to be scammed please go on you will be the next person to write I have been scammed. So sad that the state allows this to go on. Please don't let these liars fool you.

This customer explains that her money was taken away, but fails to include details of what happened. Simplx never charges any customers without previous authorization. We can provide documented evidence for each customer which receives a charge, and documented authorization for each charge which takes place.
Simplx is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company Simplicity Group, LLC. The websites and services provided by Simplicity Group are completely separate from each other, but are legitimate & highly valued products offered. Packages include access to different websites, including Simplx.com, DigitalDropship.com, ClubDropship.com, and DropshipRewards.com, and although each of these products has a different name, each is a different product provided by Simplicity Group. These websites are legitimate, and provide a service for thousands of satisfied customers.

This customer was most likely beyond the deadline of their refund policy, and felt that their personal circumstances should allow them to extend the deadline listed in the refund policy. The customer had the documentation of this refund policy before signing and agreeing to it, but the customer did read and agreed to this policy, and then asked that it be changed. We strive to provide the services and products which were promised to this customer, and the refund policy which the customer agreed to was honored in this situation. We express our concern for their personal circumstances, but we will honor what the customer signed and agreed to.
