I had purchased hair extensions from this company because I was currently in a dispute with another hair company, who had not sent out my product and gave various excuses as to why she hasn’t. Not even within an hour, the second vendor finally sent out the product after I had already purchased from this person, and the vendor refused to give me a refund because of her return policy, but mind you I hadn’t even had the product in my hands! I contacted the bank to get my refund through them and they stated it was no problem because according to the consumer 72 hour policy I can request a refund, at least that is what they said. So battling with my bank through minimal communication they had decided to side with the vendor, even though I communicated with her and she was willing to send me a PARTIAL refund, but I told her I was going to have the bank handle it. She has not sent out the product, nor given me my refund. She has my address but still hasn’t sent it out. So now I’m sitting here getting ripped off because the company is so small and cannot put into their own liability on a product that may or may not be good quality. Ughhhhhhhh.

Customer reached out and stated she ordered hair from another hair company and did not received the hair so she opened a dispute and placed an order hair from Sincerely Shanelle. A couple days later customer reached out and said she received the hair from the previous hair company and would like a refund I referred customer back to refund policy (only offer exchanges).

I offered to ship hair and she stated she did not want the hair she wanted a refund due to not being able to pay her rent, customer stated she would file a dispute with her bank, not only did she file a dispute with her bank but PayPal as well.

I provided all documents to PayPal and the dispute was thrown out bc the customer had received the refund thru her bank. I provided the customer with these documents she then became upset because I would not issue a 2nd refund.
