Singh Auto World - ODS Funding Selling Poor Quality Vehicles Allentown Pennsylvania
My husband and I recently purchased a used Mazda 6 from ODS Funding and Singh Auto World. I wish we had just stuck with a larger dealership selling certified used cars, as we really are quite disappointed with the quality of the car we're now saddled with and the poor customer service and follow through with both parties. After previous "car shopping" trips and credit applications, we were contacted by ODS Funding, stating that they would be able to find the kind of car we were interested in buy, and at a monthly payment we could afford. After the standard chit chat and completion of yet another credit application, the ODS contact told us to check out Singh Auto World's website to see if there were anything we liked. Of course, we spotted the Mazda 6 - the write up sounded great. CD Player, decent mileage, and it was a sharp looking car. So of course, we told them to get started on running numbers and we'd make the hour or so drive. To make a long story short, ODS Funding purchase this vehicle from Singh Auto World. Cosmetically, it didn't look as pretty in person, but we could handle that. It seemed to drive well, and they had just put 2 new tires on it and completed the inspection (It still needed 2 new tires, since they just switched the old ones to the front - which they said would be taken care of) so we took it. What we've ended up with is a car with 2 bald tires (still), a broken CD Player, and having put less than 2-3K miles since we got it months ago, the need to have several of the parts replaced. My husband has been on the phone with ODS and with Singh over and over again. Each time it's the same - they'll take care of it and they will call us back either the following day - or following week. And have they ever really called? No, of course not. Have they made any attempt to make good on all of the promises they've made to rectify the situation? Certainly not! Moral of the story is, they knowingly sold us a car with problems. They got their money, and really don't care about the trouble that it's caused us. I would advise anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle to stay away from ODS, and to NOT purchase a car from Singh Auto World...
