Having attended SKIM X hiring events in past, and familiar with SKIM X company culture, and overall action sports lifestyle and entertainment industry, the current "Rip-Off" report on SKIM X is not accurate.
SKIM X is an action sports lifestyle, and entertainment company, which has offered legitimate, legal, professional employment to various individuals who meet the criteria and guidelines outlined by SKIM X for employment.
The criteria for employment consideration consist of individuals sending in a proposal stating availability, photo, and desired starting salary. For some positions with company relating specifically to board & ski sport, modeling various clothing & sporting suits, and sporting equipment, media & film, there are specific qualifications which are required, and which are legal.
SKIM X embraces the highest standards, in every area of business, and looks to hire individuals that maintain the highest standards for themselves and their profession as well. Some of the individuals applying for positions at hiring events have not fit the standards and criteria.
Case in point: SKIM X is board & ski action sports entertainment & lifestyle company, promoting healthy, fun, family oriented, enjoyable environment for patrons to enjoy, and for employees to enjoy.
SKIM X must have qualified individuals representing the brand and sport of company, and must have individuals that represent the highest standards of fitness for health and safety reasons.Some individuals have not met this criteria, and therefore have not been hired by SKIM X.
Additionally, as SKIM X has moved forward, the company has continued to refine and improve professionalism of company continually, conducting employee training seminars on leadership, workplace conduct, behavior, and character development to insure individuals improve continually, and overall achieving better results as a team. People are not perfect, and when mistakes are made, they are dealt with expediently, decisively, and with strict accountability and disciplinary action of necessary. The culture of SKIM X is continually improving.
For the individuals and companies that work with and for SKIM X, and have had business relationship with SKIM X for an extended period of time, they are the true measure of SKIM X company culture, values, ethics, and professionalism.
