Skinendear Argumentative,impolite ,false advertising and deceptive inducements Michelle customer rep was nasty and wouldn't hear me ! Maybe Washington state Internet
Answered ad for trial cosmetics. Stated trial was $4.95 and $5.95. Wanted to try so ordered. Checking my credit card,found they had charged me $89.95 for face cream and $85.95 for eye serum. I was shocked, Called ski endear to question these charges. Michelle was customer service,very rude, said that the charges were for the trial product that was label trial . The $4.95 and $5.95 were shipping charges. I was told that I didn't read the terms. There were no terms on the Internet ad, only Angelina Jolie endorsement. The product DIDNOT perform as advertised. I explained this., but Michelle just talked over me. I said I would cancel payments with my credit card company. Michelle said the company would take legal action against me, that I had signed a contract. I did not sign anything as the ad said it was a trial sample. This was false advertisement and entrapment. I am so unhappy and this company needs to be stopped and not defraud other unsuspecting buyers.
