I made my order mid Feb for a small jar of skinkure and promised arrival within 14-21days. After waiting patiently for 21 days nothing arrived, I sent an email stating that hadn'.t
received the goods and instead of being apologetic i received an email from Martin Bennett saying: If it doesn't arrive in 7 days, let us know and we will send a second package.You'll get
2 for certain....but this is the last time we will be able to service you. Too much hassle that we don't need. plus we lose money every time we accept your orders.
This didn't make sense as I had never had any dealings with him and couldn't understand his basis of being rude. I've sent numerous emails noone has responded and all I need now is my money back.
