  Purchased a Queen Mattress and Foundation In May or 09, called after 2 weeks about mattress. It sags and has lumps in the middle, they informed us that it was to late to trade with them, which we where not even informed about that. I called again the customer service department which is very rude said the mattress is not the top of the line , at over $1000 I would not consider it being a cheap mattress, called again the person said the mattress has to form to your body, this is not memory foam. Went to the store contact customer service again, told them we wanted some out to check mattress, the person came, received call that there is nothing a matter with mattress. I get bad back pain, neck pain, both me and my husband can not sleep on this mattress, before I purchased this I slept on a 300.00 mattress form other company with no problems. The sales person just wanted a sale, did not explain anything, free sheet where to be given even nothing, the warrenty is for 10 years with Sealy. This company just rips people off and something needs to be done. My husband is the only working person in household and we have a disabled son, we can not afford to buy a new mattress, so many people have been taken, Someone out there has to do something to help customers from, these  dishonest people. Can anyone help all of us that have been taken
