Sleepy's contacted me regarding my complaint to this web site. They said they wanted to resolve the issue and offered another bed for another $525. I do not feel that this is right. I have a 15-year non-prorated warentee that was the selling point of the mattress. Anyone who has been to a Sleepy's can tell you how they brag about the warentee. The matress should be replaced. It is defective. If that model is no longer made, then a compairable one should be sent in it's place. I was told that it is no longer available and there is no replacement mattress for it. This is just Sleepy's way of not honoring the warentee. Backing up your warrentee should not require the customer to fork over almost as much as the initial price for it.
