Here I would like to warn all Persian cat lover and Breeders not to purchase a Persian cat from these breeder Rosario Mararo Catterie Smaragtemple .
The breeder holds his cats in the basement like a backyard breeder, he has continuously babies .
He sold me a cat for 1500 euro which is about $2000 with a bit error and is not willing to take back the cat or to give a price reduction. I have found that I am not the first where he has so betrayed.
There are more buyers who got betray about these breeder he sold another male he's name is I phone for 2000 euro with a bad bite another breeder got a complete different cat as he send her a picture from the cat . He charge a lot of money and not return nor do any compromise with the buyer or breeder who bought the cat from him.
The breeder makes no contracts with private persons nor chip. his cat,s so that he can prove no income goes by cash income. he makes pictures in the listing of cats who do not exist when they get to buy a cat with him it's something else than the cat the people see on the picture and the people paid for.
I will take further steps against him and warn buyers and people because you will not receive what you paid for.
You will get no money back from him he will not cooperate with you. Buyers be Careful.
Another woman has bought a male after these she became sick and couldn't take on the cat for health reason however she paid the full price in advance he is not giving her back the half from the price what he advertise on he's website that he will only keep he's down payment which is half of the purchase price. The women has cancer and want in to hospital these is what he does he don't c are for he's cats for him is only money making . .
I hope these will help people not to buy or people who bought cat kittens from him who got ripoff as well or as will help you not to get ripoff from these breeder as well. He has several litters in one day I will take several action against him doing wrong.

The link from he's homepage is not real he show all kind of nice cats on the pictures who doesn't excist. Don't trust these backyard breeder don't buy or you losing your money.

How can I send back the cat when their don't refund the money first and send the shipping cost. Their know America is far away these is why Nancy Marrarow didn't told me about the bad bite. Also I would feel bad to send back the kitten to live in a basement she has all the rooming here in the hole house she also got groomed.
Buyers beware don't trust them nice pictures he putting up as he's website. You will not received the same cat you seeing on the pictures. He has 1 male I phone he sold to a another breeder for big money over 2000 euro with a bad bite the breeder made them to take back the cat and want for a full refund.
However he got nerves to put he's picture up for sale again for a breeder for big bucks with a teeth problem he got back from the other breeder only without a name from the cat but as is the I phone picture. I saw I phone when Nancy took him from the basement up to the living room and he doesn't look near like him. Which is fraud.
Buyer be careful dealing with a backyard breeder like these you loose your money.

The Cattery in Buende Germany Smaragdtempel is a non registert Cattery who hold their Cats in the Basement. He does not register most of he's cats with CFA Germany Club he only chip the cats he selling to breeder.
I don't make up lies what I wrote is thru the cats were in bad condition don't know when their saw water the last time nor groomed. I informed the Animal Control to come and look after those poor cats being hold in the basement and not being chip nor marks who is who which is a law in Germany.
Also I am not the first one he did these to I talk to other breeders who bought a cat from him there had as same problem as I did. Also he send you nice pictures from cats he don't have what is fraud.
Therefore I like to set the record straight that I am not the liar just them. I know some private people who bought cats there before he make no contract and no chip because the IRS he don't pay taxes.
How can I return the Kitten when he don't send the money first and the money for shipping. Who would send a kitten back at your own expense? These is crazy. Buyers be careful.

Hello,
normally I dont finish my privat affairs via Internet. But in this case Ill tell you my point of view and will not answer to other questions.
I dont accept the accusations and lies from Miss Tivoli and will take legal measures for reputational damage.
Miss Tivoli has seen the kitten and I told and showed her that I shorted the teeth. The second bit isnt in, so she cant affirm that the kitten has this error.
Naturally I will recompense the full buy price to Miss Tivoli as soon as she gives me the kitten back.
To our keeping of cats, I can only say....
Give us a visit and look with ones own eyes the cattery . You are welcome.
Of course we are a registered cattery.
Our result: cat back...money back!
