I purchased this software online, www.recoverlostpassword.com Smart Doctor their website says money back guarantee, so after purchasing the product it was nothing but a problem, would not download and when it finally did download it would not support the Microsoft product which it said it would, I attempted multiple times to get a refund via their partner billing partner SWREG Digital River and Smart Doctor just ignored me. This company is a TOTAL rip-off and I would look someplace else for any product that they TRY to make because if it doesnt work they will never give you your money back.
