This company notified me that a game I ordered for Christmas was backordered and would not be shipped until two weeks after Christmas. On 12/20 I asked them to cancel the order and they responded on that day that they would notify shipping to cancel it. On 12/22 shipping sent me a note that it was still backordered into January-.so I natually assumed it had been cancelled (how long does it take to tell your own people to cancel it?)... and so I bought it at Fred Meyer so I could give it for Christmas. All of a sudden, the game that wasn't going to be in for another two weeks was shipped to me, supposedly "before they could notify the shipping department to cancel the order". They will not take it back. Boo, hiss, bah humbug. Their loss - I have 2 sons who get games all the time that will NEVER order anything from this company.... plus I have told all their friends' moms, and they won't either.
