The website smartsmokerusa is registered to the following: Howard Schapiro, 8275 Cardington Drive, Roanoke VA 24019 email: [email protected] phone: 540-400-7997. I can't guarantee that this is the actual owner of this site, but according to(((Redacted)) it is. They provided the info. I suggest that you contact this person and let them know what is going on. See where that gets you then file a complaint with the FBI. If this is not the owner of the site the FBI will file charges and Godaddy will be forced to suspend the site. No more Scams. If this is the owner, they have a lot of explaining to do.

Also understand that many of these places use third party billing and it is difficult to track. Make sure you filed a dispute with your bank or card company. Take a proactive approach. Contact the Federal Trade Commission as well. Usually they catch these people through FTC regs before they charge them with the money scams. Think......they are violating some regs if they are online and scamming people. I recently had over $300 taken from my bank account in various company names. I got all my money back through refunds and bank disputes. Banks do investigations and if the find someone violated federal regs they report to the FBI and FTC also. Every morsel of information is needed to stop Internet scams and fraud.
