Online order goes through. I later get an email that I need to call to confirm my order for security reasons. Lie.
I called, obviously, and the rep told me my oder has been canceled. What? Yes, canceled. I thank the rep and I hang up.
Later, I decide to call back and test the waters. I talked to 3 different people. First I pretend I want to buy the product on the phone. All is fine, product is "available" for shipping in a few days according to the rep. I then mentioned my canceled order, and the dude transfers my call to a second person.
I explain to him my concerns, and he says that my order is cancelled, but it is also in back-order. He says they will email me when the product is available, and that no charge has been placed on my credit card.
I called one more time, but this time the rep says the product is out of stock (have they been screening my number?). I ask then why the HF10 is still showing on their web site, but the person hangs up on me.
Advice: Stay away from them. They are not real. I wish I had read the previous report Invincible from Texas left. My case is the exact copy of what happened to him.
